So much of this can be attributed to the calcareous clay soils and west- southwest exposure of the vineyards. This particular Barbera is released a year later than its counter parts which gives it weight, purity and balance of a wine twice its size. Garnering a solid 91+ points from Parker, this wine will be perfect for any of your traditional Northern Italian menus.
