Domaine Camille & Laurent Schaller is a family estate located in Préhy in the heart of Chablis. The Chablis from this father/son duo comes from 30 year old Chardonnay vines from their vineyard sites around the village of Préhy. On the nose, this wine enjoys intense aromas of white flower, lemon and stone fruit. On the palate, an exceedingly well-balanced wine with exceptional minerality comes forward and the exceptional finesse and purity make for a lingering and solid finish. While this wine has many meals that it can accompany, its best qualities come forward with a fresh piece of fish in a simple beurre blanc with a squeeze of lemon.

The Montfrin Côtes du Rhône is produced from fruit grown at the outermost edge of the appellation. Like all of the wines from Château de Montfrin, the grapes come exclusively from their own 120 hectares of organic vines around the town of Montfrin, vinified on-site using native yeasts. Their Côtes du Rhône has an unusually high proportion of Grenache blended with Syrah and a touch of Carignan, which gives a little twist to a classic wine.

André Iché, who passed away in 2007, was an ardent disciple of natural wines and a pioneer of great wine in the Languedoc. Fortunately for the natural wine movement his family continues his passion. André personified the region and was a leader in elevating it from a producer of bulk wines to a region of wines reflective of its ancient vines and wonderful terroir. Les Hérétiques is is a blend of 80% Carignan grape and 20% Grenache and a thoughtful choice for those looking to expand their palate. It has a very floral personality and works perfectly with casual warm weather menus including any fare off the grill.
