The A’Bunadh is matured in Spanish Oak Oloroso Sherry barrels, then bottled at cask strength to achieve a searing intensity of flavor and aroma. In tribute to traditional distillery techniques, the smoky traces of red apple contained in the nose and the notes of soft, syrupy sweetness in the finish are captured without the use of modern chill-filtration methods.
