Frantz Chagnoleau has done it again! This renown winemaker of Burgundy along with his wife Caroline Gon bring this fabulous Macon Village. Working his vineyards sustainably, hand picking, hand prunning and using only indigenous yeast this winemaking duo present to you the Macon Villages Clos Saint Pancras. This White Burgundy hails from the Maconnais region and is derived from 30 year old Chardonnay vines grown organically in soil that is comprised rocky, limestone soil. Thanks to this unique terrior, this wine first greets you with bright and fresh crispness. The bouquet is a symphony of aromas of pear, lime and green apple. Once in the mouth, the flavor of lightly toasted nuts leads you into a crisp palate fill with notes of citrus.
