PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A HALF BOTTLE A gentle measure of barrel fermentation and a dollop of Semillon grape added to the blend takes the Sauvignon Blanc edginess off of this refreshing white wine. Bright hints of mango and pineapple fill the nose, and flavors of cut flowers and green grass brush across the palate with a smooth curl of toasted oak. This is a wonderfully complex Sauvignon Blanc that only needs a steamer pot packed with lobsters and clams and covered with seaweed.
