The Domaine Eden Cabernet Sauvignon is a delicious red wine from the land Mount Eden Vineyards has located in the Saratoga Foothills. Inky dark fruit with spice and licorice on the palate, this exuberant Cabernet is not shy about showing off its racy personality. This wine is comprised of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon along with a little Merlot and the balance being Petit Verdot and Malbec. Fermentation is with native yeasts and after two years of aging in both French and American Oak, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
