Tasting notes from Allen Meadow's Burghound: Attractively layered and fresh aromas include those of various red berries, earth and a whiff of the sauvage, all of which is trimmed in just enough wood to notice. I like the texture of the acceptably concentrated medium weight flavors that possess fine vibrancy that carries over to the delicious, inviting and lightly structured finale. This would benefit from having better depth so a few years of bottle aging would be appropriate.
