The Tate Cabernet shows off a deep purple color filling your glass with aromas of raspberry tart and pomegranate. On the palate the wine has a wonderful viscosity with flavors of cola, black licorice and black cherry. The underpinning elements of crushed violets and charred cedar are also apparent. The tannins are present but not overbearing and mesh well with the wine's soft acidity.
