Today the estate is led by Yves’s daughter, Anaïs Ricome, whose experience abroad and commitment to organic and biodynamic farming have helped establish La Croix Gratiot as a benchmark producer. The La Croix Picpoul de Pinet is bright and vibrant, offering citrus, stone fruit and white floral notes with racy acidity and a clean, saline finish.
