This incredible White Burgundy is from the village of Chaintré in the Macon. Situated on the lower slopes of Chaintré the 30 years old Chardonnay vines thrive in the limestone terroir. Practicing organic farming these grapes are hand-picked and hand-sorted and only use indigenous yeast. This wine is bright with flavors of stone fruit and a lively acidity with a subtle and soft finish.
