Le Roi des Pierres translates to "King of Stones" and pays homage to the the Loire Valley and the soil rich in pebbly limestone and shellfish fossils creating the rich mineral flavor you expect from a Sancerre. On the palate it has a softness that balances with a salty minerality, traces of the flint terroir and nuances of peach and orange quarter. The finish is concentrated, salivating with lingering notes of ripe lemon.
