The appellation of Saint-Bris in Northern Burgundy is the only appellation in Burgundy allowed to grow Sauvignon Blanc. Mostly limestone soil this wine is pale gold in color yet brilliant in the glass. The bouquet offers up nuances of white fruit which transitions into citrus upon aeration. Fresh and delicate in the mouth, the touch of minerality trails off nicely in the finish.
