natural fashion. By forgoing the use of machinery and
pesticides in the vineyard, and fermenting using only the
grape's natural yeast with no added sugar or sulfites, Brun
can offer a pure, honest bottling that is delicious and
versatile. His Côte de Brouilly is light-bodied, with elegant
fruit and an earthy minerality.
