Hailing from the region of Tonnerre just west of Chablis, this White Burgundy is a perfect example of Burgundian Chardonnay. Golden in color paired with a flowery nose, the wine has excellent round flavor in the mouth with a slight acidity on the finish which makes it a perfect pairing for salmon, any dishes with a cheese sauce and also classic andouillette sausage.
