Louis Max Pouilly Fuisse “Vieilles Vignes” is made from 100% Chardonnay grape. It shows off attractive gold/yellow hues with a tinge of green in the glass and the nose is one of white flowers, hazelnuts and almonds. In the warmer months, when you have some chicken in a marinade of lemon, garlic and fresh herbs from the garden, this wine will pair perfectly. Also a great pairing would be any of the white fish such as sword or halibut that you might throw on the grill as well.
