A different offering from Teeling than what we're used to, the Single Malt is nonetheless a delicious sipping or mixing Irish Whiskey in the style of Scotch Single Malts. Made from 100% Malted Barley this Non-Aged Irish Single Malt is vatted in five different wine casks (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy & Cabernet Sauvignon) which produce a uniquely distinctive whiskey. The vibrant aromas of melon, figs and toffee entice the nose while on the tongue flavors of dry fruit, vanilla, spice and cloves tantalize the taste buds. The finish has a tad of sweetness leading harmoniously into the dry tannins from the wood barrels. All these flavors comes without giving up any of that distinctive Irish smoothness.
