The Teeling family has been crafting Irish Whiskey since 1782 when Walter Teeling set up this famous distillery. Over 230 years later Jack & Stephen Teeling carry on the family tradition. Here we present the Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey - one of only a handful of Single Grain Bottlings crafted. For those of you unfamiliar with the term, “Single Grain” refers to the fact that it is made at a single distillery rather than the type of grain used. Teeling Single Grain is fully matured in Californian red wine barrels resulting in an intensely fruity and beautifully amber whiskey. Spice and fruit notes fill the nose of this unique whiskey and one immediately notices an underlying sweetness. With a strong spice at the start, in the mouth this whiskey develops flavors of lush red berries and grape with a dry finish dominated by wood and spice.
