This blend from Italy's Veneto region is comprised of 60% Garganega and 40% Chardonnay. Pale straw yellow in color with greenish glints, this bright, fresh wine has beautiful fruit bouquet of apple and pear. Well balanced and a touch of softness and as well as a bit of tang, make this wine both inviting and intriguing. Will pair excellent with fish and seasonal vegetables as well as with any vegetable risotto dish or other creamy pastas.
