2007 Justin Isosceles

From the famous Justin Baldwin and produced in the "left bank" Bordeaux style, Isosceles mirrors the wines of Bordeaux's Pauillac region. Replete with the familiar left bank trademarks, with its deep purple hue and muscular structure, alert tasters will also find bold aromatics of blackberries and coffee jumping from the glass and deep flavors of currant, briar and cedar gripping the palate in a very extended finish. Mr. Jacques Lardière, Winemaker for Maison Louis Jadot will be conducting a wine dinner Tuesday March 9th, at Cava Restaurant.

We feel very fortunate to have Jacques Lardière, pre-eminent spokesman for France's Burgundy region, conducting a wine dinner here in New Canaan. This event should prove to be particularly insightful for those who have taken positions in the Jadot portfolio as well as for those interested in learning more about the Jadot wines. Greeting wines and hors d'oeuvres will be served at 6:30 and we would like to have everyone seated by 7:30.
