Honig Vineyards in Napa Valley has been producing wines in the Rutherford area of Napa since Louis Honig founded the vineyard in 1964. A blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc with the balance being 4% Semillion and 1% Muscat, the fruit for this wine comes from their sustainably farmed vineyard. The wine’s bright acidity lends a crisp freshness to the subtle peach and lemongrass flavors. But it is Honig’s juicy and refreshing taste combined with the aromas of jasmine and grapefruit that is truly enticing.
