This particular rye may have been aged for three years, but
the distiller is one of the oldest, if not the oldest, rye
distiller in America, dating back to at least 1810. A creamy
nose and citrus notes complement the equally apparent fruity
flavors, grain bite, and notes of cereal, this classic still
holds up today among its other, more modern rye peers.
