Domaine Frantz Chagnoleau is a small Burgundian estate run by talented wine makers, Franz Chagnoleau and his wife Caroline Gon. This husband and wife team believe in cultivating their vineyards in a natural fashion in order to achieve the best possible balance between the vine and the soil. This means hand pruning, hand picking, no pesticides and basically working the vineyard with minimal intervention. The vines that produce this Burgundian white wine are at least 50 years in age and produce a wine that is well balanced and brimming with flavors of peach, grapefruit and apricot. Located in the heart of the Maconnais Saint Veran is one of the driest in Burgundy a perfect complement to your menu.
