A blend of five parcels of their land in Western Sonoma County including grapes from their famous Vine Hill Vineyard, Dutton Ranch and Trenton Roadhouse sites. Combine this with the small percent new oak used in crafting the Kistler Les Noisetiers and you have a wine where that highlight the grapes solid-driven character and the unique minerality rarely found in new world Chardonnay. Winemaker Jason Kesner has crafted a wine with a classic layered balance of juicy fruit and a mineral backbone. Aromas of white flowers and stone fruit lead you right into a full-bodied core loaded with flavors of peach, apricots, pineapple and pear.
