After working at vineyards from California to South Africa to New Zealand, Gavin Chanin launched Chanin Wine Co. in 2007. This vintage of Chanin Los Alamos Chardonnay enjoys the sunlight from high elevations (900ft) to cool marine influence of the Pacific. This yields a Chardonnay that shows off nuances of apricot and peach while offering buttery notes, smoke and chamomile in the mouth.
