Michel Niellon began working with his father in the 1950ís
and currently shares vineyard and winemaking duties with
his son-in-law Michel Coutoux and his grandson Mathieu
Bresson. The winery had a total of 7.5 hectares of vines
where no herbicides are used. This wine is straightforward
with a clean bouquet of citrus on the nose and flavors of
pear and apple and just the right amount of acidity. So
find that perfect free-range chicken and pop the cork.
