This Gavi di Gavi from Enrico Serafino is made from the Cortese grape from the Gavi region in the town of Gavi just north of Genova. This unoaked wine spends time on its lees which explains its rich mouth-feel. Pale yellow in color and showing floral and citrus aromas this wine will trails off into a minerally and dry finish.
