Named after his daughter, it is the wine’s ruby color from
the Gamay grape that first draws you in followed quickly by
the subtle fruit on the nose. Practicing organic farming,
this wine is from one of Guy Breton’s 2.5 acre properties
where the vines are at least 45 years in age and grown in
soil mostly made up of granite and rocks. With a modest
12.5% alcohol, this wine is not only well structured but
easy to drink.
