Now in its fourth generation, Domaine Etienne Sauzet is a Burgundy legend. This village level Puligny-Montrachet is showing superbly with wonderful aromatics, marvelous elegance and good detail to its nuances of pear, apple and wisps of spice. At middling weight, it is exactly what we look for from Puligny, and you can certainly run with it for another 5 or so years.
