The vineyard that produces Joseph Drouhin's Chorey Les Beaune boasts vines as old as 53 years, and once you try this gorgeous Pinot Noir, you can taste the rich, Burgundian history. The nose is intensely aromatic with pleasant red fruits, wild blackberry, truffle, undergrowth, and venison. The palate is supple, tender, graceful, round, and flavorful. This persists, especially in the finish, with blackberry jam emerging.
