Located south of Beaune, Rully is a fantastic little village that should not be overlooked when it comes to seeking out White Burgundy. This wine is a partnership between brother and sister Alex & Etienne de Montille in the northern region of Rully. Taking great care from the vineyard to the winery, the grapes for this wine are hand-harvested and pneumatically pressed. The result here is a wine that is more structured with a bright citrus aroma of lemon and lime. The round mouthfeel and touch of minerality gives this wine a distinctive edge over other White Burgundies.
