Domaine Frantz Chagnoleau is the product of two talented winemakers – Frantz Chagnoleau and his wife Caroline Gon (previous winemaker at Heritiers du Comte Lafon). A small estate, Domaine Frantz Chagnoleau has been certified organic and uses only indigenous yeast. This winemaking duo believes in minimal intervention letting the nuances of the terroir take control. Harvested completely by hand and aged in used French oak helps produce a wine that is well balanced, citrusy and a classic example of Saint Veran.
