This white wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc where the vines grow in the gravelly soil which is found throughout the region of Alto Adige. Fermentation in both Stainless Steel tanks and oak barrels provides you with the tropical fruit aromas that first greet you. Once on the palate the wine doles out ripe flavors of honeydew melon and passion fruit. All this come to a clean finish with a slight note of nectarine.
