Alexandrine Roy, the fourth generation winemaker at the minuscule Domaine Marc Roy, makes all of the wines in her small portfolio herself. The Marsannay is a delicious white wine, and a testament to her particular philosophy. Harvested from vines grown on just a half-hectare of land, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged sur lie for 11 months. It is a refined wine, with lively fruit and a bracing acidity.
