The 2012 Cade Estate Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is simply a stunning bottle of wine. Poured into the glass, the wine immediately shows off its dark, ruby color. Soon after the aromas of bright red berries fill the nose with softer scents of rose petals, mint and anise. The full- bodied flavors and firm tannins accompany the lush, opulent mouthfeel. Winemaker Danielle Cyrot had done a wonderful job with this effort and this beautiful wine will drink easily over the next 15 years.
