One of the older Cote des Blancs that we have from Joseph Drouhin, the Meursault is interesting among its Burgundian Chardonnays. The nose is a myriad of hazelnut butter, honey, linden flower, hawthorn, and chamomile. Silk rounds out the palate of this receptive and refined wine, continuing into the aftertastes of yellow plum and gingerbread.
