A dry Alsacean blend, the Vignoble du Reveur Pierres Sauvages is a delicious Pinot d'Alsace made from Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. Organic and biodynamic made with natural yeasts, no enological correction, and minimal sulfur addition at bottling, the Pierres Sauvages is aged for one year or less, and pairs deliciously with smoked meats such as ham, foie gras, clams, oysters, mushroom dishes as well as vegetables, caviar, prawns, and other seafood and Asian cuisine.
