Pure salmon-pink in colour with an appealing herb-spiked and fruity nose. The palate is finely balanced& quite rich, spicy red fruit is accented with bright acidity and a cleansing, sapid finish. This is a lovely expression of the grapes and of the land. The varietal construction is as follows - For the typicality: Grenache 34% Cinsault 25%. For the structure: 11% Syrah - Mourvèdre 8% Cabernet Sauvignon 5%. For complexity: Carignan 5% - 5% Tibouren Rolle 7%.
