Maison Louis Max has been producing fabulous wines in Burgundy for a century and a half. The Mercurey Rouge “Vignes du Domain” is an outstanding example of what meticulous organic farming of their estate vineyards and traditional vinification can achieve in this often passed- over village. Terroir-driven, earthy, delicate fruit, and beautiful aromatics define this wine, along with a classic "old world" style. The subtle tannins makes this wine very cellarable.
