Chateau l'Avocat is an excellent Bordeaux from the village of Cadillac. It is comprised primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot and Cabernet Franc making up the rest of the blend. Deep black earth and fruit notes lead to a long dry finish, and its weight makes it a good choice for hearty red meat dishes.
