Made entirely from the noble Pinot Noir grape, this is an elegant and refined wine that is flush with ripe berry notes and a refreshing mineral character. The 3 to 4 months of maturation on its lees produce an intense aroma and flavor and the stainless steel fermentation result in a crisp, dry finish that one looks for in a classically styled rosé.
