Catherine et Claude Maréchal's Chorey-les-Beaune is a lovely red wine from France's prestigious Burgundy. A soft garnet in color, the wine offers a subtle bouquet of earth notes laced with hints of cherry, while the palate is complex and flavorful, leading to an especially long finish. An excellent wine to serve alongside roast and grilled meat dishes, as well as lighter fare such as roast chicken and salmon.
