Here's a fabulous turkey wine form Oregon's Willamette Valley. From its shimmering bright garnet color to the nose that delivers a redolence of red fruits and cranberries, this Pinot Noir rolls back the calendar with its delicate style. Reminiscent of the Pinots from back in the nineties, or from some of the villages of Burgundy, it is a very appealing effort. Besides the turkey it's a pretty good call for other fowl dishes such as chicken or duck and should also do a pretty decent tango alongside salmon menus.
