With a redolence of ripe August blueberries and a deep ruby color, it is a bona fide palate pleaser. Showing excellent balance and carrying just a bit of plumpness, this is a classy effort with plenty of innate appeal and just the right weight. Pairing suggestions would include rack of lamb, beef menus, and wild salmon dishes.
