André Iché, who passed away in 2007, was an ardent disciple of natural wines and a pioneer of great wine in the Languedoc. Fortunately for the natural wine movement his family continues his passion. André personified the region and was a leader in elevating it from a producer of bulk wines to a region of wines reflective of its ancient vines and wonderful terroir. Les Hérétiques is is a blend of 80% Carignan grape and 20% Grenache and a thoughtful choice for those looking to expand their palate. It has a very floral personality and works perfectly with casual warm weather menus including any fare off the grill.
